The race starts at 7:30 AM at Hersheypark Stadium.
When is packet pick-up?
Registration packets can be picked up on Friday from 12 - 8 PM in the Ice Palace (west end of Hersheypark Arena), and on Saturday morning at Hersheypark Stadium starting at 6 AM until the race begins at 7:30 AM.
Can someone else pick up my race packet?
Yes, as a convenience, we allow others to pick up race packets for friends and family.
Can bibs be transferred for the race?
Bibs are non-transferable.
Please note: Only participants running under their own registrations will be eligible for prizes.
How much does the race cost?
January 2 - February 5, 2016: $45
February 6 - Sold Out: $50
What does the registration fee include?
Participants receive a race short sleeve tech shirt, finisher's medal, bib with timing device, and post-race refreshments.
Can I get my finishers medal engraved?
Yes! We have partnered with iTab to create an engraved label to place on the back of your Hershey 10K Medal. For just $10, you can get your name and finished time engraved and sent to you to place on the back of your medal. Visit iTab for more information and to purchase.
When does registration for the Hershey 10K close?
Registration will close when the event reaches 3,000 participants. Note, the event has sold out in advance each year.
What is the minimum age for participation in the Hershey 10K?
All participants must be a minimum of 14 years of age.
Is the Hershey 10K a fundraiser?
Yes, a portion of the proceeds benefits Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Pennsylvania, Aaron's Acres, and Pennsylvania Family Support Alliance.
What are the prizes for top finishers?

Is Hersheypark open on 10K weekend?
Yes, Springtime In The Park, featuring many major attractions will be open on Saturday, April 8 and Sunday, April 9.
If the 10K sells out, will there be a waiting list?
Yes, we will have a wait list available on RunSignUp.
Are there overnight accommodations available for the 10K?
Yes, there are many hotels in and around Hershey. Staying at Hershey Resorts (Hershey Lodge, The Hotel Hershey, and Hersheypark Camping Resort) provides exclusive advantages.
If I get injured and cannot participate, are refunds available?
No, refunds are not available for the Hershey 10K, and registration fees cannot be applied to other Hershey races and events.
Is there a pace requirement?
Yes, all runners must maintain a 14 minute per mile pace.
What timing system is is being used in the race?
The Hershey 10K will be timed by Mid-Atlantic Timing. Your disposable timing tag will be attached to the back of your race bib. Do not remove this chip from the bib. Be sure to wear your bib on the front of your body where it can be seen and not under any layers of clothing and run through the finish arch. After you have completed the race, walk over to one of the rapid results kiosks near the finish line to look up your finish time. Learn more about the RM Timing System from Mid-Atlantic Timing.
Are strollers permitted on the Hershey 10K course?
No, we do not permit runners to push strollers on the course to ensure the safety of other runners.
